Availability: I am available from 8am until 5pm during weekdays.  Maybe flexible to work little later in the evening once my family is settled into our new home.  I am looking for 16 plus hours a week.

I am a caring person and enjoy working with people. A hard worker that enjoys a challenge and can think outside the box, turning problems into solutions effectively.  Knowledge of legislation in social care and can use policies and procedures in practice. Committed to continuing professional development.  I have an adaptable and friendly manner with a great sense of humor and a passion for working with people.  Clean driving license and use of a vehicle.   I can assist with personal care, medication, keeping care plans up to date. I can also assist with cooking, social and independent living skills.  I have worked in care homes, community and supported people in hospitals. I am at ease working one to one or within a team.
