I have always had a strong caring nature and thoroughly enjoy working with people of all abilities and needs. My experience includes supporting both children and adults, individuals with learning disabilities, age related conditions, autism and more. I have extensive training in various areas relevant to caring. I am a very patient person, kind hearted, enjoy talking to people and take great pride in my job. I aim to provide the best possible support for those I work with at all times. At their core, my values always focus on the supported individual, helping them to fulfil their goals to the best of their ability and enjoy a happy purposeful life. Confidentiality is always of paramount importance in my work as well.
